Building Information Modeling

Project Team Management

Building in Cloud enables authorized team members to access and share documents, manage tasks, or troubleshoot issues. Administrators can easily add new members to the team, and define information access privileges by differentiating them for each project or building.



You can send and receive messages within the platform between team members by tracking their contents and avoiding overloading your inbox. The application can be customized to send automated notifications by informing the individual team member or groups according to specific skills, whether a task has been performed or the need to take charge of it.



Task and Issues Management

You can create and assign tasks to any team member or to specific skills. Request that an action be performed, such as loading a new version of a document. Tasks and issues can be linked to any Building in Cloud object: a document; one component, a space, etc.



Check list

The progress of a task or issue is monitored through status changes that can be validated through customizable check lists prepared by the Administrator that require to be executed and completed for the next step.

Document Management

The document manager is a powerful document sharing tool designed to view, update, and organize documents in a single collaboration environment.
Team members, depending on their permissions, can upload new documents, view their details, and create new versions.
All activities carried out on the documents are tracked to increase security and ensure team members are using the most current version.
PDF annotation tools will also be available soon.
There are also viewers for the most common document types: Images, PDFs, and Microsoft Office documents, as well as specific viewers for DWG files and BIM models in Autodesk Revit or IFC format.

AIM (Asset Information Model)

Building in Cloud allows you to manage assets (components and spaces of a building).
Assets can be uploaded to Building in Cloud through direct import from BIM models, Excel files, or manually.
You can browse assets through selection filters or directly from the BIM viewer. You can link and manage details, images, documents, or any other information that is useful to project monitoring and monitoring activities to each asset.

Reports

Building in Cloud provides the ability to create different types of detailed reports to give you an insight into the status of your projects or the size of your building stock and assets.
Reports and printable reports on the status of tasks and troubleshooting are available.
Reports are made available in both PDF and export format to enable greater and more accurate customization and processing of information.

Dashboard

Building in Cloud has customizable Dashboards to allow the Admin and team users, depending on their role, to monitor the status of their tasks and issues to be performed.
